Refunds

We understand that life sometimes gets in the way of your dreams. If you’ve found yourself in a situation where career training doesn’t make sense right now, please know we are here for you. We will do our best to work with you to figure out your next steps. 

Refund Policy: A student may terminate enrollment by emailing or mailing such a written notice by certified mail to Attention: Adult Registrar, Eden Area ROP, 26316 Hesperian Blvd., Hayward CA 94545. The effective date of cancellation is the time stamp or date postmarked respectively. Eden Area ROP registration fee is nonrefundable.

Withdrawal: Once the class starts, a student may terminate enrollment by emailing or mailing a notice by certified mail to Attention: Adult Registrar, Eden Area ROP, 26316 Hesperian Blvd., Hayward CA 94545. A withdrawal corresponds with the midpoint of the program. If a student paid in full at the start of the class, a withdrawal prior to the midpoint of the class will allow 50% of the fees to be refunded. After the midpoint of the class, there will be no refunds as the fees are used to fund the completion of the program. Students that only paid half of the fees at the start of the program will not receive a refund if they choose to withdrawal from the program at or before the midpoint. Eden Area ROP registration fee is nonrefundable.
